Residential Projects

You’re welcome to stop by anytime! For the best experience, we recommend scheduling an appointment so we can prepare and dedicate time to your project. Walk-ins are always welcome.

We proudly serve home and business owners all over Northern Minnesota and Northwestern Wisconsin. Whether you’re working with a designer, a builder, or planning yourself, our team is here to help make your project a success.

Our experts will guide you through finishes, edge profiles, different quartz brands vs. natural stone, solid surface, and laminate options. We’ll explain the pros and cons so you can choose what works best for your space and budget.

After you make your selections, we’ll schedule a professional template to ensure a perfect fit. Then we create a shop drawing for you or your team to approve. Once approved and the order is placed, we’ll provide an estimated delivery and installation date. Lead times vary by season and material, but 4 weeks is typical. Bonus: You don’t need to remove your old countertops for us to measure!

Before installation, we’ll guide you through everything, whether you’d like to go with just countertops or add features like backsplashes, shelves, wall caps, shower walls, curbs, tub decks, or even fireplace surrounds. On installation day, please clear the area, remove snow, and make sure there’s safe access for our crew. After we finish, you’ll need to hire a plumber to reconnect sinks and faucets (usually the next day).

Quartz, Laminate and Solid Surface can all be cleaned with mild dish soap and warm water. Avoid using abrasive or harsh cleaners. For stubborn spots or troubleshooting issues, please give us a call, we’re happy to help!

Always use a trivet or hot pad to protect your quartz, laminate or solid surface from heat damage.

Commercial Projects

Yes! Once the project has been approved to proceed, we offer on-site measurements and create detailed, high-quality shop drawings for your review and approval before production begins.

If St. Germain’s is handling the installation, your role is to confirm that the scope and layout are correct. This is also the ideal time to verify that patterns, materials, and hardware match your selections.

Absolutely. Our installation team consists of highly skilled union carpenters who take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and the highest quality finish for every project.
